Speaking with the team
When you get in touch you'll speak with trained support agent, who'll firstly talk about the balance on your account and the options available to support its repayment.
They'll talk you through repayment options, and will also ask you to complete a Financial Statement (Income and expenditure summary), to assess what's coming in and what's going out every month - so you're not left feeling the pinch when repaying this balance.
We'll never ask you to repay more than you can afford.
