Hello from Capquest

About us...

Our goal is to help you repay the amount you owe, and to ultimately boost your financial health. Whether you're paying off the balance of a now defaulted debt, or repaying on an account that's active and has a current Credit Agreement - we're here to support you.

We also understand that the pandemic, and now the cost-of-living crisis may be affecting your finances. Not sure who to speak to? Take a look at our Support Tools summary for links to online help and advice.

Key Updates:

Koyo Loans. In July 2023, Koyo emailed its customers with an update about their loan - letting them know that Capquest is now managing their account, and that each customer will receive a 'Notice of Assignment' letter in the post. If you're a Koyo loan customer, click here.

Capquest is now part of Intrum Group. You may have received a letter from us, letting you know we’re now managing your account. This will either be what’s known as a ‘Notice of Assignment’ or a ‘Change of Permissions’ communication. We’ve prepared some helpful FAQs on this. Read more, here.
